Amanda Mbindyo

Amanda Mbindyo is a Senior Consultant in the Forensics, Risk & Compliance Department at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in compliance law, forensic investigations, and risk management. She has amassed experience conducting forensic investigations on behalf of major organisations, with specific expertise in financial transactions, corporate intelligence, due diligence, internal audits, and safeguarding.

Amanda has conducted investigations into potential financial malpractices across multiple countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire; investigated suspected conflict of interest, fraud, corruption, and other misconduct by senior employees; led procurement fraud investigations, including the review of financial systems and statements, quantification and assessment of loss, and reporting digital forensics; and conducted corporate intelligence and due diligence reviews for clients in Kenya and Dubai. She has also carried out internal audit fieldwork for a global restaurant company and investigated workplace bullying, harassment, and misconduct allegations for a tea company.

Amanda holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and is a finalist in the Certificate of Professional Accounting programme.
