Anne Wathuti Mathenge is a Partner with over 15 years of experience specialising in dispute resolution, civil and commercial litigation, family law, and land ownership disputes. She is recognised for her strategic legal acumen and compassionate approach, ensuring effective representation and personalised support throughout her clients' legal journey.

She has successfully handled a wide range of complex cases, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, inheritance and succession matters, intricate land disputes (including ownership claims, boundary conflicts, and adverse possession cases), and high‑conflict family law matters such as child custody, maintenance, and matrimonial property disputes. She is a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution (ADR), leveraging negotiation, mediation, and arbitration to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently whenever possible, while minimizing the emotional and financial burdens of prolonged litigation.

Anne previously practised with Kale Maina & Bundotich Advocates, where she represented individuals, corporate entities, financial institutions, and pension schemes in high‑stakes litigation. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Moi University, Kenya. She is a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the East Africa Law Society.
