Dr. Wamuti Ndegwa

Dr. Wamuti Ndegwa (PhD Law) is the Managing Partner at Ndegwa & Sitonik Advocates and Head of Research, Consultancy and Advisory Services, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration, and commercial transactions. He has 25 years of experience advising on commercial agreements and representing clients in disputes arising from commercial transactions before courts, arbitrations, and other tribunals.

He became an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 1995 and has built a distinguished practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He also serves as a Lecturer in Law and the current Chair of Staff and Student Affairs at the School of Law, University of Nairobi.

Dr. Ndegwa holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from the University of Nairobi. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner of Oaths, Notary Public, and a certified Mediator and Arbitrator.
