Festus Muteti

Festus Muteti is the Principal Attorney and Head of Legal Services at F.M Muteti & Co. Advocates, specialising in corporate and commercial law, civil and criminal litigation, constitutional and administrative law, election law, family law, employment law, and immigration law.

He has successfully defended clients in numerous high-profile cases, including murder and fraud charges, and has provided strategic counsel in land disputes, commercial litigation, and constitutional matters. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
