Andrew Muma

Andrew Muma is a Senior Partner and Head of the General Commercial Department, with over 21 years of experience specialising in Corporate Law, general commercial practice, real estate, banking and finance, consultancies and legislative drafting, tax and intellectual property, and corporate secretarial practice.

He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, real estate deals, financing arrangements, and regulatory compliance. He also provides legislative drafting services, tax advisory, intellectual property protection, and corporate secretarial services, delivering comprehensive legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors. His practice spans both transactional and advisory work, with a strong focus on commercial and corporate matters.

Andrew is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the East African Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (F. CIArb.). He is also a registered Patent Agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI).
