Andrew Nyaga

Andrew Nyaga is an Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in arbitration and mediation. He advises domestic and multinational clients on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property disputes, and pre‑litigation advisory matters, delivering strategic, business‑focused legal solutions across multiple sectors.

He represents clients in complex commercial disputes, employment matters, and intellectual property disputes, and has robust expertise in general regulatory compliance, data protection and privacy, competition law, fintech, and private‑client matters. He has acted across the media, construction, fast‑moving consumer goods, healthcare, sports, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, and banking sectors. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

He holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
