Dale David Omondi

Dale David Omondi is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. His practice is grounded in cross-border disputes, shareholder litigation, constitutional litigation, employment matters, and tax disputes.

David has acted for ETG, a major agricultural products trader, in an investment treaty claim against the Republic of Mozambique concerning the seizure of goods valued at USD 60 million; for a financial services company in an LCIA arbitration arising from a failed acquisition of shares; for a Middle Eastern financial institution seeking recognition and enforcement of an ICSID award exceeding USD 1 billion; and for IIX, portfolio manager of the Women's Livelihood Bonds, in a constitutional petition before the High Court of Kenya involving a dispute over USD 17 million in loan facilities. He has also advised on employment disputes and probate proceedings, and defended Base Titanium in a constitutional claim concerning environmental rights.

David holds an LL.B from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
