Diana Chepkwony

Diana Chepkwony is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Litigation department, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She is also a Certified Professional Mediator with a keen interest in arbitration and dispute resolution.

Diana has experience handling medical negligence claims, defamation claims, consumer protection disputes, constitutional infringement claims, and aviation‑related matters. Notable matters include assisting in an arbitration involving a breach of contract claim; assisting in legal research on a consumer rights infringement claim by the Consumer Federation of Kenya; assisting in a defamation matter raising significant constitutional questions regarding freedom of media and the right to dignity; advising a multinational on the regulatory framework governing private investigations in Kenya and the admissibility of evidence obtained; and assisting in defending claims against airlines for delay or denied boarding, requiring a detailed understanding of contractual obligations and international standards such as the Montreal Convention.

She holds an LL.B from Africa Nazarene University, where she received the Dean's Award (2019). She is a Certified Secretary (KASNEB) and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2024. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
