John Nakholi

John Nakholi is a Senior Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate department, specializing in Corporate Law. He focuses on regulatory advisory and compliance, business entity selection and structuring, commercial and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, immigration law, and non‑profit organisation advisory.

John has advised a global bank on regulatory compliance for banking and capital markets activity; a global NGO on Kenyan operations including regulatory compliance; an international financial institution on financing of Kenyan public private partnerships, including due diligence; and international airlines and motor vehicle manufacturers on immigration and employment procedures.

He holds an LL.B from Strathmore Law School (2017) and completed the Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law (2019). He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2020.
