Kiogora Mutai

Kiogora Mutai is the Managing Partner at Kiogora Mutai & Co. Advocates. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi (1987), a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (1988), and an LL.M in International Technology Transfer (University of Nairobi, 2005). He also holds qualifications in Legislative Drafting (University of the West Indies) and is a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya). His practice covers legislative drafting, intellectual property, international technology transactions, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, franchising, and turn‑key contracts. He previously worked as State Counsel in the Attorney General’s Office and as an Associate at Oraro & Rachier Advocates, handling litigation, banking, and insurance law.
