Leonard Githua

Leonard Githua is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at IKM Advocates, specialising in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including class actions, torts, environmental matters, procurement, construction, industrial accidents, insurance, defamation, material damages, debt collection, and employment matters, before courts and arbitration forums across Kenya.

He has substantial experience in handling high-stakes commercial disputes and regulatory matters across multiple sectors, including financial services, insurance, and real estate. Prior to joining IKM, he volunteered at the Student's Association Legal Aid and Research (SALAR).

Leonard holds an LL.B (details not specified). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
