Wangui Mwaniki

Wangui Mwaniki is a Partner and Head of the Tax Department at MAK & Partners Advocates. She holds an LL.B from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She has over twenty years of experience in tax controversy, dispute resolution, and advisory. She previously served as Head of Tax Controversy at PwC Kenya and as Of Counsel at Anjarwalla & Khanna. She also worked at the Kenya Revenue Authority for ten years, including in litigation and ADR. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
