Peter Mwesigwa

Peter Mwesigwa is a Partner at Bando & Co. Advocates, specialising in Dispute Resolution with a particular focus on Property Law, Commercial Litigation, and Constitutional and Judicial Review. He handles complex disputes across multiple practice areas, representing clients in high‑stakes litigation and advisory matters.

He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, property and land disputes, and constitutional and judicial review proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to a diverse range of clients. He joined the firm as an associate advocate in 2016 and has since become a Partner, contributing significantly to the firm's litigation practice.

Peter studied law at Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda, and holds a Post‑Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
