Adam Hassan

Adam Hassan is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate department, specializing in Real Estate Law. He assists clients with real estate transactions, immigration law, corporate commercial matters, probate and succession, and due diligence.

Adam has assisted in real estate transactions including due diligence, drafting conveyancing documents, negotiating contractual terms, and attending to registration formalities. He advises clients on immigration law requirements, prepares documents for immigration applications, and assists with the processing and issuance of permits. He has also assisted in the set‑up and incorporation of trusts, and has been involved in litigation matters for local and multinational clients.

He holds an LL.B from Mount Kenya University and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
