Ahmed Aden is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at IKM Advocates, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration. He has been involved in a number of complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters across a wide range of disputes, including commercial, banking, succession, admiralty, constitutional petitions, insolvency, and contractual claims.

Ahmed assists in advising clients on risk management, enforcement of arbitral awards, and negotiation of settlement agreements in high‑stakes disputes, as well as issuing legal opinions to clients.
