Natalie Nyairo

Natalie Nyairo is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Practice at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, specialising in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, and real estate law. She advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including due diligence, financing transactions, and real estate transactions.

Natalie has acted for lenders on significant financing facilities to leading oil companies, including a US$320 million facility and a US$99 million facility, both secured by specific debentures over financed products and receivables.
