Samuel Mwendwa

Samuel Mwendwa is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He has experience in commercial law, employment law, and constitutional litigation.

Samuel has been part of teams representing an international firm in commercial litigation contesting governance frameworks and foundational documents; a leading oil marketing company in two land disputes relating to construction endeavours; an international telecommunication company in a constitutional matter challenging violations of rights; a leading commercial bank in a commercial dispute surrounding facility agreements; and an international client in an arbitration dispute concerning supply of equipment. He also advises clients across various sectors on statutory compliance and employment matters.

Samuel holds an LL.B from Kenyatta University (2020) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (2022). He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2022. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the International Commission of Jurists.
