Martin Munyu

Martin Munyu is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at IKM Advocates, specialising in dispute resolution and international arbitration. He has vast experience in corporate commercial disputes, construction and contractual disputes, insurance disputes, and employment disputes, with a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution.

Martin has been involved in a wide range of disputes across banking and financial services, construction and engineering, employment, and insurance sectors. He also has experience in electoral disputes and has successfully represented the Independent Electoral & Boundaries Commission in various election petitions. His portfolio of clients includes banking and financial services, telecommunications, government, and state corporations.

Martin holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
