Brian Sabare

Brian Sabare is an Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in tax law, corporate law, and dispute resolution. He advises clients on tax dispute resolution, tax advisory, tax structuring, and provides legal opinions on complex tax matters.

His experience also covers corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance, serving clients in the banking, manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, and financial services sectors. He assists clients in navigating complex tax and regulatory frameworks, delivering practical legal solutions across a range of industries.

Brian holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
