Vione Nyachieo

Vione Nyachieo is an Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in tax law, corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises national and multinational enterprises across varied industries on corporate direct and indirect tax compliance, cross-border transactions, deals tax advisory, tax due diligence, corporate restructuring, and managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes. She is an ACCA Affiliate and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from Strathmore University. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is recognised by World Tax Review for General Corporate Tax (2025).
