Christine Mbuvi

Christine Mbuvi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Services Department at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in corporate governance, company secretarial services, and corporate compliance. She has over three years of experience in company secretarial and corporate governance across various sectors, including property and real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, trading, governance, and education.

Christine provides strategic advice on corporate compliance, corporate governance, and Board matters, ensuring that clients meet their statutory and regulatory obligations. She also has two years' post‑graduate experience in legal advisory and corporate and commercial law, supporting clients on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is a Certified Secretary with KASNEB. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS).
