Dennis Okumu

Dennis Okumu is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and insolvency and restructuring. Dennis has advised KCB Group PLC on the sale of National Bank of Kenya to Access Bank PLC; FMO and EDFI ElectriFI on a significant investment in Hydrobox; Nedbank Limited London Branch on a financing transaction of up to USD 13,870,000 to Kenyan borrowers; and Pharo Foundation on the set‑up of a company limited by guarantee.
