Amar Grewal-Thethy

Amar Grewal-Thethy is a Partner at ENS in Kenya, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking, insurance, capital markets, private equity, and competition and antitrust law. He advises clients on corporate and financial matters, including capital markets, cross‑border M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and telecommunications law, serving clients across banking, insurance, energy, and private equity sectors.

He has acted as the IBA Antitrust Country Rapporteur and contributor of the Kenya chapter in the Antitrust Newsletter of the International Bar Association. He was ranked as one of Kenya's top 40 under 40 men (8th position) by the Nation Media Group in 2015. He holds an LL.B (Honours) from Reading University, England. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Notary Public.
