Evans Chumba

Evans Chumba is an Associate with expertise in dispute resolution, civil litigation, criminal litigation, tax law, probate and administration, insurance law, immigration law, and environmental and climate change law. He has successfully represented clients in various courts and tribunals, providing legal advice, representation, drafting, and conducting legal research and analysis.

Prior to his current role, he gained experience practicing with Mochiemo Gichana & Company Advocates and S. Mainga & Company Advocates. His practice spans both contentious and advisory matters, with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution across multiple practice areas. He also possesses strong arbitration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Evans holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (KSL). He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the East African Law Society.
