Geoffrey Muchiri

Geoffrey Muchiri is a Partner at ENS in Kenya, specialising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He represents clients before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and High Court, as well as arbitral tribunals, across a wide range of sectors including banking, competition, company law, construction, employment, energy, insolvency, insurance and reinsurance, judicial review, medical negligence, oil and gas, procurement, real estate, and shipping.

He has extensive experience in banking regulation and telecommunications, and has advised and represented regulators in both sectors. His practice spans complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and high‑stakes litigation across multiple industries, delivering strategic legal counsel and effective representation to clients at all levels of the Kenyan court system and in arbitral proceedings.

He holds an LL.B from Nagpur University, India, a Post‑graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and an LL.M in International Commercial Law (Merit) from the University of Birmingham. He also holds a Trial Advocate Certification from the National Institute of Trial Advocates. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
