Louis Denzel Oseko

Louis Denzel Oseko is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. He advises corporate and individual clients on a wide range of legal matters, including constitutional petitions, tax appeals, employment claims, liquidation proceedings, and energy and large-scale commercial disputes.

Louis has acted for Victoria Commercial Bank in various insolvency proceedings; a multinational company concerning an investor‑state dispute against the Government of Mozambique; a leading international online payment organisation in respect of tax disputes and appeals; one of the largest clean energy producers in a tax dispute; and a steel manufacturing company in a syndicated finance transaction valued at over KES 3 billion. He also advises on M&A due diligence, data protection, and regulatory compliance for digital payment platforms.

Louis holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi (2022), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (2024), and is currently pursuing an LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law at the University of Nairobi. He is a Trained Arbitrator and Certified Professional Mediator. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group, and the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum.
