Victor Kihika

Victor Kihika is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate department, specializing in Real Estate Law. He advises clients on estate planning, employment, immigration, real estate projects and transactions, legal and regulatory compliance, and general commercial and corporate advisory.

Victor assists clients in planning their estates, preparing and revising wills, establishing family and other trusts, and managing the probate process for both testate and intestate estates. He is part of the immigration team supporting foreign nationals and multinational corporations on entry, residence, work, and exit matters. He has assisted in real estate transactions including due diligence, drafting and reviewing conveyancing instruments, negotiating contractual terms, and attending to registration formalities. He also advises on employment matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts and workplace policies. He has been part of teams advising a charitable trust on its affairs, challenging compulsory acquisition of land, and representing a corporate client in land fraud litigation at the Environment and Land Court.

Victor holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a certified mediator.
