Deborah Ontiri

Deborah Ontiri is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial, and Real Estate Department at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews in Nairobi, specialising in real estate law, property transactions, and planning and environmental law. She brings extensive experience in handling high‑value property transactions, land acquisitions, and development projects across a broad range of sectors.

Deborah's work in the planning and environment sector focuses on navigating the regulatory landscape surrounding land use, zoning, and environmental compliance. Her in‑depth knowledge of real estate law and regulatory frameworks enables her to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on complex property and development matters.
