Andrew Mugambi

Andrew Mugambi is a Partner at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises on corporate and commercial law, including M&A, private equity, banking and project finance, and capital markets, and has established a niche in the execution of projects structured as public private partnerships (PPPs).
