Pooja Rehal

Pooja Rehal is a Senior Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, and cross‑border transactions. She advises local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, legal due diligence, fintech, business establishment, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, privatisations, agribusiness, private equity, venture capital, and property law.

She has acted for a variety of local and international corporate clients looking to establish or expand their business presence in Kenya, providing strategic legal counsel on complex corporate transactions and regulatory compliance matters across multiple sectors. She is recognised as a Rising Star in Financial Corporate by IFLR1000 (2025).

Pooja holds an LL.B from Cardiff University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
