Angela Wanjohi

Angela Wanjohi is an Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property and data protection, employment law, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), and fintech law. She advises clients on regulatory matters in the fintech and TMT sectors, data protection compliance, trademark registration and protection, employment procedures, and corporate processes for commercial arrangements.

She has experience advising clients in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG), finance, technology, sustainability, environmental conservation, and NGO sectors. In addition to her core practice areas, she is also experienced in banking and finance, competition law, dispute resolution, tax, and real estate practice.

Angela holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
