Raynold Mwanguku

Raynold Mwanguku is an Associate at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets. He also has extensive experience in real estate, banking, and finance, advising clients across a wide range of corporate transactions.

Raynold has advised Centum Investment Company PLC on the proposed sale of its stake in Sidian Bank to Access Bank PLC; Tender Care Junior Academy on the sale of its business and assets to Pharo Schools LLP; Liaison Impact Limited on its equity investment in Lagoon Development Limited; a company headquartered in Nigeria on the acquisition of a company registered in Kenya with a branch in Uganda; a large real estate firm on the acquisition of the entire stake in a land selling company; and Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) on developing a tenant purchase scheme model for affordable housing and establishing a REIT for the scheme.

Raynold holds an LL.B from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
