Anthony Ngatu

Anthony Ngatu is a Senior Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Real Estate Law and Banking & Finance departments. He has experience in conducting due diligence, structuring, and handling large‑scale commercial, mixed‑use, and residential developments, including joint venture set‑ups and acquisitions.

Anthony regularly advises local and international clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including due diligence, sale and purchase of various property types, commercial leases in the office, retail, and industrial sectors, as well as residential tenancies. He also handles banking and financing transactions for commercial banks, DFIs, and international lenders, including loan financing and security perfection over movable and immovable assets, and advises on corporate and commercial matters.

Anthony holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma of Law from the Kenya School of Law (2012). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
