Caleb Weisiko is an Associate in the Tax Department at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in tax advisory law, international tax, and tax dispute resolution. He advises local and multinational clients on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border tax and corporate‑commercial issues, with a strong focus on tax structuring, commercial transaction support, investment, regulatory compliance, and tax‑related dispute resolution across sectors including energy, agribusiness, logistics, real estate, private equity, e‑mobility, and digital services.

Caleb has advised a multinational e‑mobility company on the legal and tax structuring of its operations in Kenya, including regulatory approvals, transfer pricing, and IP holding structures; multiple Ultra High‑Net‑Worth Individuals on complex tax planning and estate structuring; a leading logistics client on establishing a presence through a Special Economic Zone; and an international tech company on indirect tax and withholding tax treatment of digital service revenues. He has also successfully represented Thika Power Limited in a long‑running tax dispute relating to the deductibility of capacity charges under a Power Purchase Agreement, and Toyo Construction Co. Ltd. in a tax dispute involving donor‑funded infrastructure projects.

Caleb holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi (2022), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (2024), and is a Certified Professional Mediator. He has also completed professional training in data protection and internet governance. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
