Charles Kanjama, SC is the Managing Partner and Head of the Disputes Department, with over 21 years of experience specialising in Dispute Resolution, constitutional and commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, tax and corporate governance consultancy, corporate secretarial practice, legal and governance audits, and intellectual property and ICT law.

He leads the firm's disputes practice, representing clients in complex constitutional and commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation across a broad range of sectors. He also advises on tax, corporate governance, and compliance matters, as well as legal and governance audits. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator, providing strategic dispute resolution solutions to clients across multiple practice areas.

Charles is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the East African Law Society, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He is also a Member and Chairperson of the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum.
