Elvis Omollo

Elvis Omollo is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration, and investigations. He advises and represents clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, construction, financial services, trade, shareholder and investment disputes, white collar crime, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment matters, enforcement and asset recovery, and regulatory matters.

Elvis has acted for a Kenyan non‑governmental organisation in proceedings against the County Education Board and other government entities seeking to prevent the arbitrary conversion of a primary school; for a leading safari resort and wildlife sanctuary in a multi‑agency investigation by the Tourism Regulatory Authority; for Watu Credit in a parliamentary inquiry before the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning; for a market‑leading irrigation technology company in adjudication proceedings under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration in relation to an EPC contract; and for a global agricultural company in connection with the administration of Mastermind Tobacco Kenya following its insolvency. He also advises and represents companies in employment disputes before the Employment and Labour Relations Court, and advises clients on local and international arbitration law issues.

Elvis holds an LL.B from Kenyatta University (2022) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (2024). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
