Harriet Agoro

Harriet Agoro is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on corporate and commercial law, M&A, joint ventures and private equity, energy, oil and gas, fintech and blockchain, business set‑up, legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and capital markets.

Harriet has advised a client on the provision of payment services in Kenya through the operation of a non‑custodial crypto digital wallet; advised on the acquisition of 100% shares of a company incorporated in the Republic of Malawi; assisted a team advising an international airline company on the provision of UAE Visa application services in Kenya; and conducted a due diligence exercise in respect of an equity investment of Kenya Shillings 1.5 billion in a banking business.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi (2020) and completed her legal training at the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
