Jimmy Simiyu

Jimmy Simiyu is a Senior Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, competition law, capital markets, employment law, and insurance law. He advises national and multinational clients on legal due diligence, M&A, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial agreements, employment matters, and capital markets, and assists foreign companies with business establishment and regulatory compliance in Kenya.

He has acted for clients in cross‑border transactions and is recognised as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 EMEA (2024) for Employment in Kenya. He holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
