Nadia Mire

Nadia Mire is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, restructuring and insolvency, and employment advisory. She advises clients on corporate, M&A, restructuring, insolvency, and employment matters across a range of sectors.

Nadia has assisted in vendor and buyer due diligence on various M&A matters in the telecommunications, food and beverage, and renewable energy sectors, and has advised clients on general corporate and commercial matters. She has also assisted on a syndicated financing transaction involving major commercial banks in Kenya and financial institutions.

Nadia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
