Minna Mumma

Minna Mumma is an Associate at ENS in Kenya, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She advises development finance institutions and banks on banking and finance regulations, structuring and restructuring finance transactions, and participating in due diligence reviews of financial transactions across project finance, energy, and climate finance sectors.

Her experience covers project finance, banking and finance, energy, climate finance, and capital markets, providing strategic legal counsel on complex financing arrangements and regulatory compliance matters. She regularly advises clients on the structuring and restructuring of finance transactions and conducts due diligence reviews for financial transactions.

She holds an LL.B (Honours) from Strathmore University, an LL.M from New York University, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
