Fredrick Obago

Fredrick Obago is an Associate in the Banking and Finance, Real Estate, and Construction Practice at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in banking and finance law, real estate law, and construction law. He has experience in a wide range of real estate and commercial property transactions, in addition to banking and finance matters, with a focus on providing practical legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors.

Fredrick has advised several commercial banks and borrowers on the perfection and enforcement of security interests under Kenyan law, conducted real estate and finance due diligence investigations for clients involved in land acquisitions and real estate investments, and advised a British international design consultancy on structuring the offshore provision of architectural services in Kenya in partnership with locally licensed architects and engineers.

Fredrick holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
