Jason Gikungu

Jason Gikungu is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at ENS in Kenya, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He advises development finance institutions, international financial institutions, banks, and microfinance institutions on regulatory compliance, financing structures, transaction documentation, and due diligence in complex banking and finance matters.

He has experience advising clients across project finance, energy and infrastructure, and capital markets, and has also advised on mergers and acquisitions in the banking, insurance, tourism, and healthcare sectors.

Jason holds an LL.B (Honours) from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
