Ronaldo Mutemi

Ronaldo Mutemi is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate department, specializing in Real Estate Law. Ronaldo has advised on banking facilities for a leading grower and exporter of fresh cut herbs, including preparing and perfecting all‑asset debentures and charges over assets; assisted with the incorporation of a subsidiary in Kenya, tax registration, and obtaining an online non‑dealing foreign exchange broker license from the Capital Markets Authority; conducted due diligence on a proposed acquisition of a mining company; assisted in real estate transactions including due diligence, drafting conveyancing documents, negotiating contractual terms, and attending to registration formalities; and assisted expatriate clients in obtaining visas, permits, and permanent residence in Kenya.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi (2020) and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2022.
