She has also advised clients in the gambling and sports sectors on licensing, regulatory compliance, commercial arrangements, and intellectual property matters, and has managed trade mark portfolios and brand protection strategies, including clearance assessments, prosecution, enforcement, and infringement risk advice. She has also advised on domain name disputes, conducted due diligence related to IP and IT systems, data protection and regulatory compliance, and assisted local, regional, and international clients in setting up legal entities in Kenya.

Victoria holds an LL.B from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
