Cynthia Injehu is an Associate in the Commercial, Employment, Intellectual Property and Technology Practice at IKM Advocates, specialising in intellectual property law, employment law, and technology-related advisory. She works as part of a team advising local and international clients on day-to-day regulatory matters, with a focus on commercial law, employment law, intellectual property, immigration law, and technology-related advisory.

Cynthia's experience includes supporting clients on corporate set-ups and structuring, drafting and reviewing commercial and employment agreements, advising on ICT-related regulatory requirements, data protection and privacy compliance under Kenyan law, workplace procedures, termination processes, and general compliance with Kenyan employment laws. She also assists with intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, renewal and assignment, as well as intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions.
