Wambui Kelemba

Wambui Kelemba is an Associate in the Finance Department at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial advisory, and due diligence. She has completed rotations in the corporate commercial, tax, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups.

Wambui has assisted in advising on and conducting due diligence for a syndicated financing transaction supporting MSMEs in the fintech sector, and has conducted buyer and vendor due diligence for various mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of majority stakes in a leading stationery manufacturer and a prominent local supermarket chain. She also provides corporate and commercial advisory services to clients across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, education, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and not-for-profit organisations.

Wambui holds an LL.B (Hons) from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
