Tamia Dulo

Tamia Dulo is an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate department, specializing in Real Estate Law. Her practice also encompasses employment law, banking law, and a broad range of corporate and commercial contracts.

Tamia has conducted due diligence checks on borrowers and property, prepared transfer and security documentation for secured property, reviewed corporate legislation in Kenya, and advised on termination of employment and legislative requirements. She has also reviewed employment and independent contractor agreements, advised a pension firm on a facility advancement in exchange for equity, and prepared security documentation for loan facilities.
