Faith Siteyia

Faith Siteyia is a Senior Associate in the Tax Department at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, specialising in tax advisory law, cross‑border investments, and tax dispute resolution. She routinely advises clients on corporate structuring, cross‑border investments, energy and infrastructure projects, and personal tax planning.

Faith assists clients in tax due diligence matters, tax compliance, and tax health check reviews, and has conducted tax due diligence on a group of hotels being acquired by an investment fund and tax health checks across the financial, professional, and manufacturing sectors. She has also acted for a large tobacco processor in a tax dispute with the Kenya Revenue Authority involving approximately USD 10 million relating to excise duty assessment, and assisted a real estate developer in responding to a tax audit and objecting to assessments raised by the KRA. She has advised an international investor on structuring investments in agricultural land, financing options, and safeguarding their investment, and has advised on foreign direct investments and structuring operations in Kenya through various investment vehicles including Special Economic Zones and Export Processing Zones.

Faith holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi (2019) and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant. She is awaiting admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
