Lena Kinoti

Lena Kinoti is an Associate at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in real estate law, conveyancing, and construction law. She provides comprehensive legal services to clients ranging from private property owners to multinational construction companies, encompassing due diligence, drafting and negotiating property sale and lease agreements, and managing complex real estate transactions.

Lena has been instrumental in conducting legal due diligence and advising on various real estate developments, informing clients of risks and opportunities. She has provided pivotal legal advice on conservation and tourism development projects, addressing unique regulatory and environmental challenges, and has extensive experience in advising on commercial and retail property transactions, including lease negotiations and managing developments to meet client objectives.
