Munene Wanjau

Munene Wanjau is an Associate at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in banking and finance law and real estate law. He has experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions as well as real estate transactions, advising clients on financial services regulation in various sectors, securities, and real estate development projects.

Munene has conducted legal due diligence in respect of various banking and finance transactions and real estate transactions, drafted, negotiated and reviewed transaction documents including facility agreements, security documents, agreements for sale and leases, advised clients on the perfection and release of securities, and advised on general corporate and commercial law matters.

Munene holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
